Roof replacement
EAS does an outstanding job of removing your old shingles and replacing them with new ones. Our roof shingles were 25 years old and were worn looking, plus prone to fall off, here and there. We received several quotes to replace it. EAS came in around the middle, cost wise. We chose them, not based purely on pricing, but also because of how they promised to do the job. They used a mini-dumpster that was on a hydraulic lift, for the workers to easily discard the old shingles. Also, they promised to meticulously clean up the outside of the house (yard, deck, etc.) after the job was done. We were amazed at how efficiently and expertly their crew worked. We have a huge roof and it was done in only two days. The guys worked for thirteen hours straight each day, only taking time for lunch. We were extremely happy with the finished result! Our 25 year old home looks much newer, cleaner and fresher with our new roof. The roofing crew did an excellent job with installing the new shingles, flashing and fans. Also, their supervisor Pedro and foreman Doug were very professional and great to work with. You will not regret a decision to use them on your roof. We recommend them highly!

Let me first say, no one wants to have to deal with a roof replacement...I want to personally thank the team at EAS roofing! The process was seamless, no pressure, and EASY! We had wind damage on the first of the year (Jan 1) and within 2 days we had Justin on-site at our home doing an assessment, taking photos, and giving us a quote for this work. His attention to our needs and concerns as well as willingness to be at our property when the insurance adjuster needed to be there are just a few of the reasons that EAS should be your first call. Both Justin and Doug came to our home on the day of the install and worked with the onsite installers to insure a smooth replacement. The team kept us up to date on what was going on at every step of the process and worked to insure we were within our anticipated cost. The install was done in 1 day and both Justin and Doug came back out to our house to address some minor things that had we concerns about. They not only listened but also made sure to take care and fix this minor issues immediately. Fast and Professional
We decided it was time to replace our roof and called EAS based on 3 recommendations. We're glad we did. From estimate to completion was about 2 weeks. The entire roof deck needed to be replaced and the crew was fast and professional and took great care of our property. We have a koi pond in the back yard right below the garage roof. They took extra care in protecting the pond from debris. The new roof looks great. We're really glad we choose EAS.

The team was very efficient, thorough and pleasant. Large house. Entire roof had to be decked and redone along with the gutters removed and replaced. It was very cold outside. The entire job took only 3 days. The team worked endlessly until the job was completed. Clean up was great. We are very pleased with the finished work.
